The demo impressed people, but nothing has reached real users.

First 24 hours

  1. Ask who’d own it after launch.
  2. Compare it with the baseline on real work.
  3. List what production needs: security, integration, support.

Then

  1. Name a business owner.
  2. Build an evaluation set.
  3. Run a limited rollout.
  4. Decide at a gate: scale, change or stop.
Message you can adapt

The pilot works in demos, but we have no owner, baseline or evaluation yet. I propose four weeks to prove value on real tickets with one team, then a scale or stop decision.

Avoid

Don’t scale a demo. Prove value on real work first.
